Every figure on one page
Per portion prices, delivery fees by zone, the seasonal calendar, and the extras. If a number lands on your invoice that is not on this page, that is our mistake and we absorb it.
Price per portion
Child prices are always exactly 60 percent of the adult price, for ages 5 to 12. Under 5 does not need counting at all.

Delivery fee by zone
One way, fuel and driver time included. Where a menu needs crew on site, that crew is already priced into the menu, not into the delivery fee.

Seasonal pricing
Three windows in the year
Per portion prices move up or down inside these windows. Delivery fees do not, because distance does not follow the season. We reset the dates each year.

Extras
What can be added, and how much
This is the complete list. There is no other line item on our invoices.
- Extra crew on site
- Rp 250,000 per person per event
- Only if you ask for more than the crew the menu already includes.
- Events running past 5 hours
- Rp 200,000 per hour
- Covers crew overtime and the gas to keep chafing dishes hot.
- Changing numbers inside 24 hours
- Rp 150,000 plus the portion difference
- The shopping has already been done, so cut portions are still billed.
- Sites with no vehicle access
- Rp 100,000
- When boxes have to be carried more than 100 metres, or up stairs with no lift.
- Compostable packaging
- Rp 4,000 per box
- Certified compostable paper boxes in place of the standard plastic ones.
- Name stickers per box
- Free
- For special diets and allergies. We put them on regardless.
Payment
Deposit, balance, and cancellation
30 percent deposit
Holds the date and the kitchen slot. Until the deposit lands, the date is not held.
Balance the day before
The rest is due the day before the event. For office clients with repeat orders we invoice monthly on 14 day terms.
Cancelling more than 7 days out
Deposit returned in full, nothing deducted. The shopping has not started, so we are not out of pocket.
Cancelling 3 to 7 days out
Half the deposit comes back. Some dry goods and packaging have already been ordered.
Cancelling inside 3 days
The deposit is kept. For buffets and tumpeng the fresh shopping is already in and cannot be moved elsewhere.
How to pay
BCA or Mandiri transfer, QRIS, and cash on handover. We do not take credit cards.

These figures come straight from the prices on our pricing page. The binding number is still the written quote we send you, because guest counts and timings usually move a little.
