Catering delivery to Uluwatu
Uluwatu is our furthest zone and the one with the tightest rules. Eighty five minutes each way, which cuts the menu list down to four: the three rice boxes and canapes. We know that sounds like turning down half the enquiries from here, and it is. Sending a hot buffet this far means handing over food whose temperature has already dropped before the first guest picks up a plate.

What matters about Uluwatu
What works extremely well here is canapes and grazing. The temperature runs the other way: chilled food only has to stay chilled, and that is easy in an air conditioned van with cool boxes. Most of our clifftop reception bookings from this zone use that menu, and it suits a late afternoon event on a cliff edge better anyway.
Note
The Uluwatu cut-off is 12.00, the earliest of any zone. If your event is on Saturday, send the order on Thursday rather than Friday lunchtime. Friday midday Jl. Raya Uluwatu is heavy and our route is already locked for two runs.
