Kuta is our most B2B zone. Nearly 70 percent of what goes there is boxes for offices, most of it repeating on the same weekday. We have five standing office clients on Sunset Road, and their ordering patterns are what led us to write the piece on ordering office lunch.

What matters about Kuta
What is particular about Kuta: nearly every venue has a lift, but half of them will not let a box van sit outside the lobby for more than five minutes. We bring a trolley to this zone as standard. If your office is on the third floor or higher without a goods lift, say so, because it adds 12 minutes and changes our departure time.
Note
We hold our Kuta departure until 06.45, because Sunset Road is actually clearer just before 7 than at 6.30, when delivery trucks fill the hard shoulder. It is the only zone where we push the departure later rather than earlier.
